It is my second attempt of hotdog. The photo is better this time with smaller bread rolls. It only took me about 5 minutes to make them. Time to sit in front of TV and enjoy. We are watching My Kitchen Rules recently, which is really addictive. It is interesting to see people from different culture preparing food. I have learnt some cool ideas.
Ingredients:
Frankfurt, bread roll, sauerkraut, mayonnaise, dijonaise (or mustard).
What to do:
- Heat up frankfurt sausages in very hot water (not boiling water) for 8-10 minutes.
- In the meantime, cut the bread roll in the middle, stuff in sauerkraut.
- Put one frankfurt on top of sauerkraut, squeeze on mayonnaise and dijonaise.
- Serve while warm.
